As the elder daughter in my family and a student who experienced university life after the COVID period, I often had very few people to guide me. That phase taught me something valuable, knowledge grows when it is shared. I made it my purpose to never hold back from sharing what I learn because I believe that those who truly deserve it will make the best use of it, and the rest is just noise.

This is not said to sound harsh but to remind every student that you are someone deserving, capable of dreaming big and achieving even bigger. That belief has been at the heart of every session and interaction I have had with students ever since.

At ELOR, we believe every student has the potential to grow far beyond what the classroom alone can offer. But we also know there are two big gaps that hold them back: the gap between a teacher and a listener, and the gap between a student and the industry. Our mission is to bridge those gaps by giving students the right skills, the right mindset, and the right guidance to truly become industry-ready.

Too often, the education system revolves around marks, not mastery. Students memorize, score, and move on — but when real-world challenges appear, they’re left unprepared. ELOR was built to change that. Through our programs, workshops, and mentorship, we help students build meta-skills — the skills behind all other skills. The ability to think, learn, adapt, solve, and grow.

About ELOR

Story time..

ELOR is very close to my heart. Ever since 2019, I have loved teaching and guiding students. In grade 10, I started teaching younger students, and during college, I continued to mentor school students even while managing placements.

Since 2023, I have been actively involved in my college’s technical club, leading and organizing over 50 events, introducing new ideas, and structuring the team — all while maintaining my CGPA. I especially enjoyed interacting with school students, sharing ideas, and guiding them whenever possible.

Through these experiences, I realized my purpose was bigger. I wanted to create something that would empower students through students and freshers. I have held onto this dream for a long time, and in 2025, it finally took shape. This is how ELOR came to life, with a mission to help students grow while staying true to its roots.
